The price for 24 Superior Cleaning services depends on factors such as your budget, your home or office size, specific tasks you would like us to perform, frequency of cleaning, and so on.

Do I provide my own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we provide our environmentally friendly cleaning products.

Is 24 Superior Cleaning a "green" company?

Yes. 24 Superior Cleaning is committed to using environmentally friendly products whenever possible out of concern for both the environment as a whole, as well as your own home environment.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the cleaning that was done?

In order to maintain a 100% satisfaction rate, 24 Superior Cleaning asks for feedback via our Client Care Survey, which is supplied at the end of every cleaning session. Please inform the office of any concerns so we can quickly address any issues.

Do you provide "heavy-duty" cleanings?

Yes. Apart from our normal cleaning services, 24 Superior Cleaning can also provide heavy-duty cleanings, including post-renovation, construction and movie set cleanings.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes. Gift Certificates are available in the denomination of your choice.

What should I do if something is broken while a 24 Superior Cleaning team is cleaning?

Although accidents are a part of life, at 24 Superior Cleaning we do our best to avoid these situations by providing extensive training to employees. We are bonded and insured, therefore please contact the office and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue to the best of our abilities.
